Have you ever wondered how your toaster works?
I am starting a new website/blog that will be my core illustration and animation website. I will use it to present my work, tips and tricks for illustrator, flash, etc., and anything else I deem worthy. You can check it out at www.technicaltoast.com…it will probably be up and running next week.
Since Windows Vista is now out, I felt I should try copying their glassy/reflective style. So here is my super amazing reflective mini – media player (click on the image to view a larger version). This was done in Adobe Illustrator.

Ok I am not one for viral tagging, but I guess I might as well…sigh…I decided to change the original rules slightly.
THE RULES:
Each person who gets tagged must write a blog post, on penalty of death, of 6 weird things about themselves. Then they have to clearly state these rules, or they will forever be called “Silly Chicken Pansy’s” for the rest of their lives! After you state your 6 amazing weird things, you have no choice but to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names, social security numbers, etc. Leave a comment that says “you’re tagged” in their comments and tell them they have no choice whatsoever in this matter, so they must read your blog for information as to what all this means and then spread the disease.
Here are my six weird things:
1) I am a yo-yo master – second class.
2) I love playing with blocks and Legos…see my Blocks Categories.
3) I am not an eagle scout!
4) I wrestled a 6′9″ 350+ lbs. football player and won (I was only 5′5 and 135 lbs). David and Goliath all the way! Of course, he beat me the other 100+ times.
5) The only High School musical I was in, was when I was in College (my friends forced me!). I was the teen angel in “Grease.” All the freshman girls had crushes on me…yes, I was pretty popular.
6) I met the Governor of Kansas in person. However, my fly was open, and I had spilled orange juice all over my shirt…they also had me on camera.

This is a continuation on my previous illustration of Bubba the Boxing Beaver. Here are my new characters…Boxer Turtle and Rocky Rabbit.
To some, Rocky is a hero but to me “Bubba the Boxing Beaver” tops them all…although my Mighty Slug is pretty tough as well. Sorry, I haven’t posted much lately on IF because I have been really really busy…playing our Wii, and preparing for our upcoming baby boy.
